The “Tremendous” Tampa District hosted an Appreciation Celebration Service on Sunday, August 28, 2011 for their Presiding Elder, Rev. Dr. Henry E. Green, Jr. The service was held at St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church with Rev. Michael B. Price as host pastor. Many of the churches in the “Tremendous” Tampa District were in attendance. The guest speaker was Rev. Dr. Henry J. Lyons, Pastor/Teacher of New Salem M. B. Church. The Allen Temple membership posed with the Presiding Elder after the service.
