The David C. Anchin Center at the University of South Florida College of Education released Florida’s First Comprehensive Conditions of Educational Report at its Opening Ceremony of the 4th Annual Advanced Placement Summer Institute (APSI). The event was held at the Embassy Suites Hotel (USF) on Monday morning. The 5-volume, 750-page report has been in the making for 2 years.
