Deputies reported that Woods, who manages a club on West Hillsborough Avenue, was driving in Valrico early Friday morning when he was cut off by a 17-year-old driver.
Deputies said Woods followed the vehicle, turning a flashlight on and off and showing the driver a badge. Allegedly Woods was wearing a gun belt that has a handgun, handcuffs, pepper spray, flashlight and baton.[/private]
