OUTSTANDING PARTNERSHIP AWARD PRESENTED TO CHILDREN’S ADVOCATE

             Mrs. Tonya Lewis, founder of Children With A Vision, Inc., was recognized recently when she was presented the ‘Outstanding Partnership Award’ from Tampa’s Chief of Police, Brian Dugan.
