3 WOMEN
U. S. Representative Kathy Castor (14th District of Florida) recognized three women during Black History Month. The women were celebrated for the extraordinary contributions they have made as National and Tampa Bay leaders. The special ceremony was held at the Robert W. Saunders, Sr. Public Library on February 21, 2018. Women recognized were: Joli Cooper-Nelson, National President of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.; Carolyn House Stewart, Esquire, Immediate Past President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; and Dr. Paulette C. Walker, Immediate Past President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
