CHARTERING CEREMONY FOR TAMPA BAY BLACK CHILD DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE

            The Chartering Ceremony of the Tampa Bay Interest Group of the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI) was held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Children’s Board. Tobeka G. Green, President and CEO, National Black Child Development Institute, presented the charter and installed the officers.
