GRAND OPENING CEREMONY FOR THE REED AT ENCORE

 

            The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for The Reed at Encore was held on Monday, October 26, 2015. The building is named for longtime Central Park Village resident, Essie Mae Reed. It is the second and last building in the complex for senior citizens. Mrs. Reed passed away September 12, 2014. Several members of Mrs. Reed’s family joined the celebration along with representatives from the Tampa Housing Authority and U. S. Congresswoman Kathy Castor.
