The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division detectives concluded a narcotics investigation into Victor Cedeno, 43.

Cedeno was reportedly selling powder cocaine from Cedeno Sportswear, 4025 West Waters Avenue.

Cedeno is a convicted felon who was released from prison in 2011 after his arrest in a trafficking case. A small amount of powder cocaine (13.6 grams) and a loaded handgun was found in Cedeno’s pocket.

Cedeno was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, and controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a convenience store.
