William Henry Sanders is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Ms. Sabrina Hayes, 25, of Riverview. According to police, on June 9, 2001, Ms. Hayes was driving her vehicle in the subdivision at 82nd and Bahia Drive, in Progress Village, when she was shot in the upper body.
Ms. Hayes continued to drive for 4 blocks, reaching the intersection of 86th
