A service and ceremony for the elevation of Elder Michelle B. Patty to the office of Bishop was held Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Downtown Hilton (formerly Hyatt) Hotel. Ministers from around the country attended the service hosted by Legacy Fellowship of Churches and Ministries of Tampa, Florida, Inc. Those in attendance included from left: Bishop Andre A.
