The Tampa Police Department held graduation exercises for its Inaugural Youth Adult Citizens Academy on July 16^th. The ceremony was held at the department’s training facility at 116 S. 34^th Street. The twenty graduates received a Certificate of Completion and a tablet computer. The graduates shown in the photograph on the front row are: Jay Spivey, Kendrick Franklin, Henry Tillman, Jr., Leondra Brooks, Yamilet Mera, Melanie Macias, Ivonne Alvarado, Elizabeth Assuncao, Selina Kynerd, and Victoria Bailey.
