FOUR YOUNG WOMEN RECEIVE DAUGHTERS OF ISIS SCHOLARSHIPS

The Harram Court No. 96, Daughters of Isis recently awarded four L. Glenn Brown Memorial Scholarships to graduating seniors. The presentation took place during a Joint Awards Ceremony with the Harram Temple No. 23, on June 5th. The guest speaker for the ceremony was Tampa City Councilman Frank Reddick. The recipients are Gaither high School graduate Angela Anderson, who will be attending the University of Florida; Wharton High School graduate, Deborah Floyd, who will attend Florida A & M University; Strawberry Crest High School graduate Antoinea Lyles, who will attend Howard University; and Audry Zipperer, who graduated from Newsome High School and who will attend the University of Florida. Shown at the presentation from left to right are: Illustrious Commandress Daughter Gail P. Williams, Ms. Amanda Anderson (sister of recipient), Deborah Floyd, Antoinea Lyles, Audry Zipperer, and Daughter Monica Williams Scholarship Coordinator.
