This week’s Spotlight feature is a new face. Shemida J is a Performing & Recording singer/songwriter on the rise. From Florida by way of Freeport, Bahamas, Shemida J has been surrounded by music from day one. Whether it was singing in the church choir or school talent shows, this petite songbird has always displayed an unwavering love and passion for the art. Shemida J has a strong passion for business, the youth, and community and lives to be an inspiration. Creatively finding her own inspiration from life’s day to day occurrences, the most important of which being the joy of motherhood, Shemida J croons with the soul of the everyday woman. Shemida J possesses a talent which is phenomenal indeed. Congratulations to Shemida J as this week’s Spotlight feature.
