Monica announced she is having her first child with husband, Phoenix Suns point guard Shannon Brown.

The 32-year-old Atlanta native already has two sons from her previous relationship with rapper Rocko, but this will be her first child with husband Shannon Brown.

Monica tweeted, ‘5 months and counting’ to announce her third pregnancy. The singer and her 27-year-old Phoenix Suns point-guard husband couldn’t be happier about their baby.

The couple met in 2010 and married two years later — the same year that Monica ironically released her seventh studio album entitled “New Life.”
