Last week, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and Tampa Police Department concluded their two day warrants roundup in Sulphur Springs, Ybor City, Jackson Heights, Belmont Heights, Seminole Heights, East Tampa and South Tampa.
Authorities said they expect the operation to reduce the number of outstanding warrants in Hillsborough County.
According to statistics, 30 people were arrested, 37 warrants were served, 50 charges were filed (30 felony, 20 misdemeanor), and 5 juveniles were arrested.
