A group of West Tampa and Carver City friends came together recently for their 4th Annual Old School Cookout and Picnic. The group grew up together, went to school together and maintained their friendship through the years. They decided to hold a picnic and dance to bring the communities together. The cookout was held at MacFarlane Park. Later in the evening, the group mingled with about 500 people for the dance.
