President Barack Obama was in town on Friday to talk about business coming to the Port of Tampa. He spoke to a group of supporters at the Tampa Port Authority. But prior to meeting with the excited crowd, the President met with some union workers from ILA Local 1402, James Harrell, President. Among those who had an opportunity to take the president on the tour were: Hugh Overton, 54 years of service as a longshoreman; Robert Doster, 35 years; Wardell Norman, Vice President, 35 years; Larry Coleman, Vice President; Ernest Richards, Jr., 30 years, and William Forde, 35 years.
