Robles Park
In the latest effort to add another mixed-use district to Tampa, Property Markets Group is looking to change the zoning at Robles Park Village.
Robles Park currently has 436 units and is Tampa’s oldest affordable housing project.
The Tampa Housing Authority owns the 30 acres where Robles Park Village is located. Robles Park has 22 acres of those acres.
The rezoning would increase the number of units to 1,850, with 1,283 (approximately 70%) being affordable housing. The remaining units will be available at market rate.
The plans include reserving 200 units for seniors.
There would be 30,000-square-foot grocery store, and mixed-use buildings throughout the property. Future residents could look forward to a community resource hub offering health and wellness services, job training and other community services.
