Hillsborough Community College hosted the 15th Annual Black, Brown, And College Bound Summit. The event was held March 2-5, 2022, at the Tampa Convention Center. On Friday, the Dr. Sylvia Carley Luncheon was held. Former Dallas Cowboys standout player, Emmitt Smith was the keynote speaker.
