RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR RENAISSANCE AT WEST RIVER

           The Renaissance at West River, the first new construction at the former North Boulevard Homes site, held its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, September 24, 2020. The new building came 2 years after North Boulevard Homes was demolished in 2018. Those who participated in the ribbon cutting of the 160-unit elderly community were: Tampa Housing Authority Commissioners, Parker Homans and Ben Dachepalli; Jerome Ryans, CEO/President, Tampa Housing Authority; Jim Cloar, Chair, Tampa Housing Authority Board; Mayor Jane Castor; and Joe Robinson, President of the West Tampa CRA.
