The grand opening of Metro 510, a new housing development in downtown Tampa at 510 E. Harrison St., was held on Wednesday. Approximately $6.1 million from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was directed towards this project. The historic St. Paul AME Church was rehabilitated as part of this effort.
