Congresswoman Kathy Castor announced Monday that she filed a bill last Thursday to rename the Produce Station Post Office on E. Hillsborough Avenue after the late Reverend Abraham Brown. She made the announcement to the congregants at First Baptist Church of College Hill on Sunday.
