The Tampa District Sons Of Allen held their first  banquet to honor Bay Area male high school seniors at the Letter Carriers Hall. Super Youth who were honored during the evening were: Jarvis G. Butts, college book stipend; Carl A. Hubbard, Jr. and Fabian Woodard, laptop computers; Justin Jackson, Anthony Kirkland and Benjamin Deering, Richard Allen Scholarship recipients, $1,000 each.
