Steve Harvey Sends Court Papers Disguised In Box Of Valentine’s Candy To Ex-Wife

Steve Harvey reportedly pulled a gutsy move this past Valentine’s Day when he sent his ex-wife what looked like a box of chocolates that actually contained an official court order.

The comedian and “Family Feud” host had a very public battle with his ex, Mary Harvey who accused of him cheating multiple times during their marriage including with his new wife, Majorie Harvey.

Now Mary Lee Harvey says that she was served the Thursday after V-Day “with a box of chocolates, a Valentine’s Day card, and a notice saying you are going to be required to come back to court on March 10.”

Steve obtained a gag order against Mary after she made a series of YouTube videos putting him on blast for not only having affairs, but for leaving her homeless and stealing her money.

Jackson's Mom Trims Suit Against Concert Promoter

Jackson’s Mom Trims Suit Against Concert Promoter

Attorneys for Michael Jackson’s mother have told a judge they will not pursue a civil conspiracy claim in a wrongful death lawsuit against the organizers of the pop singer’s planned series of comeback concerts.

A judge previously ruled that Katherine Jackson could not pursue conspiracy and infliction of emotional distress claims against AEG Live without more information.

Attorneys for Katherine Jackson indicated their intentions in a brief filed Wednesday in Los Angeles. The judge rejected AEG’s request to dismiss the lawsuit.

Katherine Jackson sued AEG Live in September, claiming the concert giant failed to properly supervise the doctor who later pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in her son’s death and pushed him through a grueling rehearsal schedule.

AEG has denied any wrongdoing.

Sterlington Police Sgt. Jacob Greer said that Juvenile, whose real name is Terius Gray, was charged with simple possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license.

Greer said he pulled over Gray’s car about 10:55 p.m. Saturday after clocking it at 75 mph in a 65 mph zone and for passing in the right lane, which is illegal in Louisiana. He was released a short time later after posting a $750 cash bond.

NY Top Court Upholds Conviction Of Rapper Remy Ma

NY Top Court Upholds Conviction Of Rapper Remy Ma

ALBANY, NY – Remy Ma, whose meteoric rise as a rap star ended with the shooting of a friend outside a nightclub during a dispute over $3,000, lost an appeal of her eight-year prison sentence Thursday.

The decision by the state’s highest court ended the one-time star’s attempt to overturn assault and weapon possession convictions that her lawyer argued were the result of unfair direction from the trial judge.

The trial judge, state Supreme Court Judge Rena Uviller, had called the rapper “a young woman whose anger is out of control.” At sentencing, Remy Ma — whose real name is Remy Smith — cried over her violent upbringing in poverty in New York City and for her young son and her fiance, rapper Papoose.

The victim, Madeda Joseph, and Remy Ma were celebrating a birthday with friends in July 2007 at the Pizza Bar in Manhattan’s trendy meatpacking district when the rapper accused Joseph of stealing $3,000 from her pocketbook.

Remy Ma, gun in hand, demanded to search Joseph’s purse when they were both in the front seat of the victim’s Cadillac Escalade. Joseph refused, and a struggle began. The gun went off twice, with two bullets hitting Joseph in the abdomen. There was testimony in court that Remy Ma fled without calling for police or medical attention.
