Although he’s known for his pranks, Nick Cannon may have taken things a step too far Thursday when he stunned listeners of his WXRK radio show and gave out his home telephone number.
Cannon, who hosts a New York based drive –time radio show, was on-air when he spontaneously blurted out his home number.
He then took to Twitter to share the news and added that a lucky fan talked to his pregnant wife Mariah Carey before an avalanche of phone calls came in.
“My wife is going to kill me over this,” he tweeted. “Just gave out my home phone number on air and my pregnant wife picked up the line oops!”
Although Cannon shook it off as no big deal, his wife Mariah was obviously not happy.

A source close to the Smith family cites Will Smith as a huge fan of the animated feline humanoid aliens known as The Thundercats.
The cartoon ran from 1985 to 1990 and became a cult classic series.
Will is rumored to be considering producing and starring in a live cinematic version along with his wife, Jada.
Mrs. Pinkett-Smith would make a great Cheetara, and this may be one the whole family could take part in with Willow and Jaden as WilyKit and WilyKat.
We’re not sure who would play Snarf or Mumm-Ra.

Willow Smith is continuing to land big gigs before the release of her Roc Nation assisted album, the latest being a stint at this year’s White House ‘Easter Egg Roll.’
Smith was announced as a performer for Sunday’s Rockin’ Egg Roll where she joined Colbie Caillat, Greyson Chance, pre-teen singing group Mindless Behavior, John Lithgow, Sesame Street, and Little Beats and DJ WillyWow.
This year the largest annual public event at the White House featured a “Get Up and Go!” theme focusing on promoting health and wellness and encouraging children to lead healthy and active lives.
This is a central part of the First Lady’s Let’s Move! initiative, which is a national effort to combat childhood obesity.
Along with musical performances, the Easter Egg Roll featured a Storytime Stage where Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and family; John Lithgow; Elmo, Maria and Gordon of Sesame Street; John Bemelmans Marciano; Kristi Yamaguchi; and Geena Davis will read to children.

In a few short years, Soulja Boy has done more than most rappers do in a lifetime. He first exploded onto the scene in 2007 with “Crank Dat (Soulja Boy)”—a massive hit which sparked a dance craze, a new era of viral marketing, and was nominated for a Grammy.
Since that time, SB has routinely been blamed for ruining hip-hop, but all the while, the hits kept pouring in. His debut album, ‘Souljaboytellem.com’, was certified platinum and his second album, ‘ISouljaBoyTellem’, (after an initial stutter) managed to score some big hits and proved that Soulja was no fluke.
However, SB’s last album, ‘The DeAndre Way’, which dropped late last year, only spawned one hit (the infectious “Pretty Boy Swag”) and sold less than 14,000 in its first week. Since the undeniable L—which was compounded by Kat Stacks and her infamous video shot in Soulja’s hotel room with lines of cocaine on the dresser—he has been plotting his way back to the winner’s circle.
SB’s released two mixtapes this year, including his Juice mixtape which dropped on 4/20. Once again, Soulja is looking to build his buzz using the Internet.
