Sean Kingston’s passenger, Cassandra Sanchez, is speaking out about the pair’s reckless jet ski romp turned serious hospital stay. Sanchez, who is Kingston’s longtime friend, recalls begging the singer to slow down before the pair crashed into the Palm Island bridge in Miami.
“Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them,” Sanchez told TMZ. “When we turned a corner and crashed … they were so far behind us they didn’t even see us crash.”
As the pair were approaching the bridge Sanchez recalls they were traveling “really fast.” “We can’t fit under there,” Sanchez remembers she screamed at Kingston before the collision. “Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!”
Although Sanchez believes that Kingston did attempt to steer clear of the bridge before the crash, the jet ski was traveling too fast to properly react to the water block and Kingston lost control of the vehicle.
Sanchez blacked out immediately after the crash but remembers waking up in pain and watching Kingston cough up blood, foam and “pink stuff” before mumbling the words, “I’m hurting. I’m hurting.”
Although Sanchez only suffered minor injuries — a sore jaw and ribs — Kingston is still in a Miami hospital in stable condition where doctors believe he will be recovering for the next several weeks.
“They have a tube down his throat so he can’t really talk, but he is lucid and understands what’s going on,” Sanchez said.
Although alcohol is said not to have been involved in the incident, authorities are launching an investigation into the cause of the crash.

Rihanna took ‘S&M’ to the streets of New York City on Friday morning (May 27), when she performed the hit single as part of the 16th annual ‘Today Show’ Toyota Concert Series.
The ‘Loud’ creator treated fans to a live performance in Rockefeller Plaza, where she performed ‘S&M’ in addition to ‘What’s My Name?,’ ‘California King Bed’ and ‘Only Girl (In the World)’ from her fifth album.
Sporting her signature red locks, a black patent leather Burberry trench coat and baring her midriff, Rihanna started the performance from the street. En route to the stage, her dancers were forced to step in and help free the pop princess from one overzealous fan, who pulled her in — at 1:19 into the video of the performance — for a hug and didn’t want to let go.
Rihanna kicks off the North American dates on her Loud tour in Baltimore on June 4, where she will be joined by Roc Nation rapper J. Cole.
Her most recent performance of ‘S&M’ was at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night (May 22), where Britney Spears joined her on stage to open the show.

Even though she has been outfitted by some of the world’s top designers, Ciara would rather rock her birthday suit.
The Atlanta native revealed in a new interview that the moments when she feels most comfortable is when she’s in the nude. “I feel the sexiest when I’m by myself, walking around nude,” she told Us Magazine. “I have this new obsession with nudity, it’s really weird. It may sound weird, but I just really love embracing the body.”
The 25-year-old keeps her body in shape by working out fives times a week with celebrity trainer Gunner Peterson, and eating what she calls “clean” foods. Despite her slender physique, the singer explained that her goal is to maintain a healthy body type, versus being skinny. “I can lose weight easily and I don’t like to do that,” she revealed. “I’m not trying to lose and get small. I just want to keep shape and I just want to focus on abs and glutes. I would never advise somebody to be so strict to where you don’t enjoy yourself.”
These days Ciara’s music career is facing a new direction, since asking to be released from a contract with her label Jive Records in February, following the disappointing sales of her last album ‘Basic Instinct.’ Unlike her previous releases, the project failed to crack the top 5 of the Billboard album charts, only peaking at No. 44.

NEW YORK — Preliminary figures show Wednesday’s finale of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” scored its highest audience in 17 years.
The Nielsen Co. said Thursday that the final episode delivered a 13.3 household rating in the nation’s metered markets.
It was the highest number since February 1994. That’s when an “Oprah” episode called “People Shed Their Disguises” got a 13.4 rating.
Metered market ratings measure roughly half the nation and can’t be translated into audience figures. A viewer count for the “Oprah” finale won’t be available from Nielsen for two weeks.
The metered market rating for Monday’s surprise farewell episode of “Oprah” logged a 10.2. Nielsen said Tuesday’s episode got a 10.7.

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA — State police say rapper Torrence “Lil Boosie” Hatch is facing allegations he schemed to try to smuggle codeine syrup into the state penitentiary at Angola.
Lt. Doug Cain says Hatch, who is serving time on an unrelated drug charge and awaiting trial on a murder charge, sought help from two fellow Baton Rouge residents in the alleged scheme. Hatch was booked Wednesday on charges of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution and inciting a felony.
Last year, Hatch was indicted after he allegedly paid someone to kill a 35-year-old man who was fatally shot in his home through a window, authorities said. Two others also face charges in that death.
“Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz,” debuted at No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 200 chart in 2009.
