A former band member of singer Lauryn Hill has filed a lawsuit claiming that the Killing Me Softly singer was verbally abusive toward her musicians during her 2007 European tour.

In the lawsuit filed by Jay Gore, the guitarist claims the former Fugee front woman was unbearable to work with.

According to Gore, Hill “exhibited the type of behavior for which she had gained public notoriety which contributed to a hostile work environment.” He continued, “After shows, Hill would demand that the musicians and road support personnel attend meetings where she would engage in a person-by-person critique and berating.”

The guitarist also claims in the lawsuit that Hill shorted him pay for his services, to the tune of thousands of dollars. Gore is seeking $20,000 in compensation.

Actor/comedian Chris Tucker talked about where the hell he’s been over the last few years.

It’s been about four years since his last movie, Rush Hour 3, but the 38-year-old film star is back on the scene with a comedy tour that began in July. During the interview, Tucker also touched on the possibilities of doing another Friday film and Rush Hour 4.

Just a few days since Nicki Minaj had a nipplegate episode on Good Morning America, singer Kelly Rowland decided to 1-up Minaj with an on stage nipple slip of her own.

While performing at Club 4Sixty6 in West Orange, New Jersey, Miss Rowland accidentally popped her boob, actually more than once.

Of, course being the professional that she is, and a member of the Matthew Knowles/Destiny Child’s school of performing, Kelly didn’t let a simple nipple slip stop her show and even showed a sense of humor about the incident.

Fantasia Sued By U.S. Bank for $25K

Looks like Fantasia may be singing yet another bittersweet song about her finances. Fanny is being sued for a whopping $25,057.02 by a collection agency on behalf of U.S. Bank.

But that’s not all. The company is also seeking 10% interest incurred per year since May of 2009.

HBO’s “The Wire’s” Felicia “Snoop” Pearson plead guilty to conspiring to distribute heroin. Like her hit TV series, the 31-year-old Pearson was caught by a wiretap in a joint federal-state drug probe of an alleged drug gang.

‘Snoop’ plead guilty  a day before her trial was set to begin and Judge Lawrence Fletcher-Hill accepted the plea, suspending a seven-year sentence with credit for time served and ordering three years of supervised probation with provisions for out-of-state travel for work. Pearson can now move on with her acting career.

Pearson was one of 64 people charged in March in “Operation Usual Suspects.”

The federal indictment states that since 2008, members of the conspiracy bought heroin from New York and marijuana from California and sold the drugs on the streets of Baltimore. As part of the conspiracy, the indictment alleges, members discussed how those who failed to perform required tasks were dealt with violently.

Pearson was caught on a wiretap conspiring with Shawn Johnson and Jeff Gibbs, who bought heroin in bulk from New York and distributed the drugs in Baltimore, according to a statement of charges read aloud in court by prosecutor Rebecca Finn. Johnson paid Pearson to store drugs and money, including drug proceeds, at her apartment in the city, Finn said.

When another member of the alleged conspiracy was kidnapped by rival dealers, Johnson told him to go to Pearson’s apartment to get money pay a ransom, Finn said. Police interrupted the abduction outside Pearson’s apartment and found heroin in the abducted man’s car, she said. Informants also told investigators that Pearson occasionally sold heroin for Johnson, Finn said.

Pearson said she knows everyone in Baltimore. Asked how she’ll avoid falling into the same situation in the future, Pearson said, “I’m moving to L.A.”

Outkast rapper Big Boi was arrested in Miami for possession of drugs including ecstasy and Viagra.

The 36-year-old, whose real name is Antwan Patton, was reportedly charged on Sunday with four separate offenses relating to drugs.

He later tweeted: “Fresh out baby!!!! They said it was the love boat.”

His lawyer Daniel Kane issued a statement which said: “I am confident when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated.”

The statement continued: “While Big Boi was travelling with his group and friends, a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage.”

After last week’s big box office battle between “Cowboys & Aliens” and “The Smurfs,” the first weekend in August proved to be less suspenseful as “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” dominated the box office.

The film, which stars James Franco and is a prequel to “Planet of the Apes,” earned an estimated $54 million to open as the No. 1 movie for the weekend.

While the film outperformed studio expectations, it still fell below the $68.5 million opening of Tim Burton’s “Planet of the Apes” remake 10 years ago.

NEW YORK — ABC is apologizing for a wardrobe malfunction that gave singer Nicki Minaj more exposure than she bargained for.

Minaj appeared Friday on the “Good Morning America” concert series, wearing a loose-fitting halter top that she occasionally had to adjust. As Minaj sang “Where Dem Girls At,” some slips made one of her nipples fleetingly visible.

Despite a five-second delay, the slips were seen during the East Coast’s live telecast. ABC said they were edited out of Friday’s later feeds to other parts of the country.

Lil Wayne visited the ‘Skate Park’ of Tampa where he put his skateboarding skills to use after his concert in the area. Weezy recently stopped by Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory in L.A. and hit the ramps with skateboarder Drama.

In Tampa, Weezy was spotted with the Skate Park of Tampa staff where he posed for pictures and went on a shopping spree.
