Lohan Sues Pitbull, Ne-Yo, And Afrojack For ‘Irreparable Harm’

The lady just can’t stay out of court. According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan has sued the rapper Pitball and his co-songwriters Ne-Yo and Afrojack over this line from his hit single “Give Me Everything”: “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’ / I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

The lawsuit, which was filed by Lohan’s lawyer Stephanie Ovadia, seeks an injunction to stop the broadcast of the song, along with unspecified damages.

Will Smith Making A New Album?

Will Smith Making A New Album?

Though he began his career as an international superstar in the hip-hop world, Will Smith hasn’t released any new music since 2005?s Lost and Found (and considering it’s difficult to remember exactly what was on that album, it feels like it has been even longer).

Admittedly, he’s been pretty busy starring in gigantic blockbusters and shepherding the careers of his offspring, but it appears as though the Fresh Prince might be making a return to the microphone.

That’s if you believe producer La Mar “Mars” Edwards, who noted that he was in the studio with Smith during a phone interview with XXL. Edwards, whose credits include productions for T.I., Chris Brown, and The Game, said that he actually had Smith on the other line while he was talking to the hip-hop magazine. Does the Fresh Prince really wait on hold?
