Chris Tucker is no stranger to tax problems. The funny man’s $6M home in Orlando, FL, has fallen into foreclosure.
Tucker apparently owes more than $4.4M on the home and the government has taken out an $11.5M lien against it for his back taxes. Tucker stands to lose the 10,000 sq. ft. home that boasts five bedrooms, three fireplaces and a spa. The mega pad also contains a refinished basement made up to mimic a pirate ship… complete with a sail.

MIAMI — Grammy-winning OutKast rapper Big Boi has reached a deal on drug charges that allows him to avoid jail time.
Big Boi appeared in a Miami courtroom Thursday as prosecutors outlined the deal that includes three months of drug testing, community service and $2,000 in donations to charities.
The 36-year-old rapper’s real name is Antwan Patton.
He was arrested getting off a cruise ship in August when a K-9 dog alerted to drugs Big Boi was carrying. The substances included ecstasy, a cigarette roller with marijuana residue and the ecstasy ingredient MDMA.
Big Boi had faced two felony drug charges. Prosecutors say if he remains drug-free after three months of testing, those charges will be dismissed.
The Atlanta-based group OutKast has won six Grammys and made six platinum-plus albums, including Speakerboxxx/The Love Below.

There’s been plenty of Tupac Shakur material released since the rapper’s 1996 death. But if his family has anything to say about it, a 1991 sex tape will not become part of that repertoire.
On Wednesday, still shots from an alleged 5-minute sex tape were released by TMZ.
Shakur’s mother, Afeni Shakur, is aware of the tape — and has told her spokesperson, “get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out.”
“We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape,” a representative for Shakur’s estate said.

Men’s glossy Esquire named Rihanna the “Sexiest Woman Alive” for 2011. The Bajan beauty is no stranger to adulation. Many have hailed her fashion sense, her music has set records, and her fans line up to see her sold-out shows. Simply put, Rihanna is a bonafide star, and love her or hate her, you can’t knock her hustle.
In the latest issue of Esquire she chats about her country’s initial lukewarm reception, how she prepares for a show, and being proud of Chris Brown.
On Chris Brown’s Comeback
It’s incredible to see how he pulled out of it the way he did. Even when the world seemed like it was against him, you know? I really like the music he’s putting out. I’m a fan of his stuff. I’ve always been a fan. Obviously, I had some resentment toward him for a while, for obvious reasons. But I’ve put that behind me. It was taking up too much of my time. It was too much anger. I’m really excited to see the breakthrough he’s had in his career. I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have.

Diddy’s apology for famously degrading a club patron at an Atlanta club over the weekend apparently isn’t enough for some people.
Georgi Vodka owner Martin Silver has called for a 30-day boycott on Combs’ Ciroc in hopes to teach the music mogul a lesson.
As previously reported, a video surfaced of Combs getting into it with a club goer at Club Compound in Atlanta, telling the non-Ciroc drinker to, “Put that sh*t down,” before tossing a an unidentified object in the crowd.
Silver said Diddy’s use of the “N” word during his rant was totally uncalled for and thinks Puff should be held accountable.
“In modern time racism should not be portrayed by any individual and Diddy should donate proceeds of his profits to organizations that fight racism.” said Silver.
Diddy and Silver have somewhat of a history. After Diddy claimed all Vodkas other than Ciroc were “pee pee,” Silver sent a toilet bowl full of Ciroc bottles to Comb’s business office.
Silver owns the largest vodka brand in New York state.
