Lil Wayne‘s entourage is accused of physically assaulting a photographer and destroying his bicycle.

A police report states that Wayne and his crew were skateboarding outside of a Miami Beach church, right near a sign that clearly reads, “No skateboarding.”

The unidentified paparazzi began snapping away at the men. Soon it began to rain and the men made a beeline for their car.

The photographer continued snapping away the Grammy Award-winning rapper even when he and his entourage were already in their car.

Wayne allegedly ordered his crew to confiscate the photographer’s camera, according to the police document.  Reportedly, eight men surrounded the photographer and tried to bully him into deleting his pictures of Wayne.

The victim went on to state that he was spat on, pushed to the ground and that his bicycle received a vicious battering by someone using a skateboard.

CHICAGO — Jury selection wrapped up Tuesday for the Chicago trial of the man accused of killing the mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew of actress and singer Jennifer Hudson.

The final four panelists were chosen on the second day of one-by-one questioning of prospective jurors.

The specter of Hudson’s star power and how it could affect proceedings loomed over the two days of jury selection this week.

Before he let those chosen Tuesday head home, Judge Charles Burns warned them not to switch on “American Idol” this Thursday because Hudson may appear on the show, on which she first rose to fame as a contestant in 2004.

During juror questioning Tuesday, William Balfour (pictured), 30, sat unsmiling and slumping in his chair. But he kept his eyes fixed on each would-be juror as they sat a few feet across a table to answer questions.

Balfour, the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, is accused of shooting to death Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, brother, Jason Hudson, 29, and her 7-year-old nephew, Julian King. Jennifer Hudson is on a 300-name list of potential witnesses and is expected to attend each day of the trial once testimony begins April 23.

Never one to shy away from his well-deserved reputation as a weed-head, Hip-Hop legend, Snoop Dogg, 40, has embraced it even tighter by creating a smokable song  made entirely of rolling paper.

LOS ANGELES — Heidi Klum moved to formally end her marriage Friday from singer Seal a little over two months after they separated.

The supermodel’s divorce filing in a Los Angeles court draws to a close a storybook romance.

The couple has four children together, including Klum’s daughter from a previous relationship. They had been married for more than six and a half years when they announced their separation in January, vowing to keep their breakup amicable.

Klum’s filing, which she signed Thursday, cites irreconcilable differences.

Singer, actress and former Miss America, Vanessa Williams, harbored a secret that she could not reveal until now.  Williams finally reveals details about the sexual abuse she endured as a child at the hands of another woman.

Williams was 10-years-old when family friends from California came to visit with their 18-year-old daughter, Susan.

Cuba Gooding Jr. is speaking out against charges that he sexually harassed and groped several women in a New Mexico bar one month ago.

The “Red Tails” actor who recently signed on for the pilot for the FOX legal drama, “Guilty,” was said to have gotten grabby with the ladies and aggressive with those trying to capture him in the act on camera.

Four of the Jackson brothers — Marlon, Tito, Jackie, and Jermaine — plan on hitting 27 cities this summer on their “Unity Tour 2012.”  The trek will kick off June 18th in Louisville, Ky., and wrap up July 29 in Snoqualmie, Wash., reports the Chicago Sun-Times.

The tour will mark the first time the brothers have toured together since their 1984 famed “Victory Tour,” which included Michael and youngest brother, Randy.

The brothers, who were formally known as the Jackson 5 when Michael was onboard, were a musical R&B force to be reckoned with. They were one of the first Black teen idols to appeal to both Black and white audiences equally.  The group cranked out hit after hit during a heyday that lasted more than three decades, starting in the mid-sixties.  The Jackson 5 also launched solo careers for Jermaine and Michael.

Now that the opportunity has presented itself again, the Jacksons plan on giving their audiences some of their greatest Jackson 5 hits, as well as doing a tribute to Michael.
