Gabriel Aubry is asking the judge in his custody war with Halle Berry for a half a million bucks in attorney’s fees, and $20,000 a month in child support.
Gabriel went to court, expecting to argue his case for the huge increase in child support, but the case was continued because the paperwork wasn’t filled out properly. Gabriel was extremely upset the matter was put off.
Gabriel believes he’s entitled to the money because he needs a proper environment to care for 4-year-old Nahla.
Halle wants to move with the child to Paris, which would have a direct impact on Gabriel’s request for additional support.

Recognized as having a heart of gold, the humanitarian talk show diva Oprah Winfrey and her OWN cable network executives were having a creative meeting while dining al fresco at the super-posh Beverly Hills restaurant Scarpetta. If you watched “Road Trip,” which was released in 2000, then you were likely a fan of “Rhonda,” who was played by Mia Amber Davis. Unfortunately, Davis died last year in the midst of a promising plus-size modeling and acting career. Now her widower, Mike Yard, is suing Davis’ former OBGYN and family practitioner for the death of his wife.
According to Yard, a stand-up comedian, an OBGYN prescribed his wife birth control pills, months before she passed of pulmonary embolism or blood clots on May 9.
In the suit, Yard says, “[Birth control pills] greatly increased her risk for a pulmonary embolism and ultimately caused her death.”
Apparently, one of the major risk factors that can contribute to blood clots is obesity, according to the suit.
Yard is arguing that the OBGYN and family practitioner should have known not to prescribe that method of birth control to Davis due to her weight.
