Rapper Lil Twist Was Reportedly Driving Justin Bieber’s Car At Time Of Deadly Incident

A photographer was struck and killed by an SUV while attempting to get a picture of Justin Bieber in his Ferarri, after the vehicle was pulled over by Los Angeles police.

Bieber, 18, was not even in the car. The vehicle was being driven by his pal, 19-year-old rapper Lil Twist, who is Lil Wayne’s protégé. Lil Twist and Bieber were hanging out at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel Tuesday afternoon, and for some reason Lil Twist left in the white Ferrari without Justin. Around 6:00 p.m. the California Highway Patrol pulled over Bieber’s white Ferrari on Sepulveda Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Chris Guerra, the 29-year-old photographer, arrived at the scene, got out of his car and crossed the street to take photos, but was directed by officers to return to his car. He was reportedly struck and killed by an SUV as he went back across the boulevard to his vehicle.

Katt Williams Faces $4 Million Tax Lien

Katt Williams Faces $4 Million Tax Lien

Katt Williams likes to slap Target employees, throw cigarettes at women, and fight other comedians, but he might not want to go up against Uncle Sam.

The troubled comedian has been hit with a tax lien, of just over$4 million. Uncle Sam filed the lien against Williams, claiming the comedian failed to pay $3.2 million in taxes in 2008 … and also bailed on another $829,352 in 2009.

It’s not the first time Williams has been accused of stiffing the Feds — back in 2010 the IRS filed another tax lien against the comedian totaling $284,000 … mere pennies compared to the new bill. Williams is set to appear in Scary Movie 5, due out next year.

‘Django Unchained’ Does Killer Business On Its Opening Day

‘Django Unchained’ Does Killer Business On Its Opening Day

According to early box office estimates, Quentin Tarantino’s controversial but critically acclaimed slavery-themed western Django Unchained is shaping up to be a hit.

The Golden Globe nominated action film took in $15 million on its opening day, placing it fifth all time on the list of Christmas Day releases.

Still, its opening came in just behind the highly anticipated musical Les Miserables, starring Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Russell Crowe. That film made $18 million on Christmas, making it the fourth best opening on that day.

The top three Christmas Day debuts belong to Sherlock Holmes, Avatar and Meet the Fockers respectively. All of those film went on to gross over $200 million domestically, which bodes well for the future of Django.

Ne-Yo’s ‘Ex-Baby’ Mama Sues Him Over Non-Paternity Status

Ne-Yo’s ‘Ex-Baby’ Mama Sues Him Over Non-Paternity Status

Singer Ne-Yo is having to deal with former baby mama Jesseca White yet again. The ex-gal pal has hired ”every man’s nightmare and every woman’s fantasy” attorney Gloria Allred to assist her in possibly taking the crooner to the cleaners.

White is reportedly incensed that Ne-Yo publicly discussed their agreement to keep secret his non-paternity status about a baby White thought she had with the singer.

Ne-Yo and White had a baby in 2009 and he thought the child was his at first but, in fact, it turned out that it wasn’t. Ne-Yo and his ex agreed to remove his name from the child’s birth certificate. The former lovers also settled the matter to the tune of $575,000, which he reportedly handed over to her and they both agreed to keep the entire incident under lock and key, never to discuss it with anyone.

In September 2012, Ne-Yo appeared on “Behind the Music,” where he opened up the can of beans about the entire ugly drama that involved his non-paternity status with White.

Katt Williams Calls Jamie Foxx ‘Gay’, Slams Movie

In between arrests and court appearances, embattled comedian Katt Williams took time out during a stand up act in Los Angeles to slam actor Jamie Foxx and his new film Django Unchained.

“Who’s gay? Jamie Foxx,” said Williams during a performance that was caught on tape. “I can even tell you the name of the dude he f**ked. His name is Marcus Anthony; he’s the only dude signed to Jamie Foxx’s label.”

Besides questioning Foxx’s sexuality, Williams also had harsh things to say about his acclaimed new Quentin Tarantino slavery revenge film.

“F**k Jamie Foxx and the Django Unchained check he cashed,” he said.

“They offered me the script and I said, ‘Any ni**a that do this deserves to die. And the next thing I heard, Jamie Foxx was in makeup,” Williams also claimed.

In a recent interview, legendary Django director Quentin Tarantino openly discussed which actors were considered for the lead role besides Foxx. Katt Willams’ name was never mentioned.

Waka Flocka To Pay For NC Shooting

Waka Flocka To Pay For NC Shooting

Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka has been ordered to pay $501,000 for a North Carolina shooting that happened last year.

In the incident, Flocka and his tour bus pulled up to a car stereo installation shop in Charlotte, North Carolina as he prepared to upgrade the bus’ sound system. Flocka was wearing $100,000 worth of jewelry at the time and saw two “suspicious vehicles” enter the store’s parking lot.

Flocka’s security began to fire shots at three men exiting the vehicles, claiming the men made threats against the rapper.

Police initially believed the shooting was the result of a shootout between Flocka’s security and the victim, Antonio Stukes. Stukes also was initially charged with attempted robbery, amongst other charges.

The charges have since been dropped due to insufficient evidence.

Stukes’ lawyer says that his client was only trying to give Flocka his demo CD and was shot for no reason. The court decided Stukes should be compensated for the gunshot wound to his shoulder and ordered Flocka and his management company Miznay Entertainment to pay up.
