 “Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida’s baby boy has arrived.

Phaedra gave birth to the couple’s second son Saturday in Atlanta and, “Mom and baby are doing great.”

Denzel Washington and Maya Angelou are ranked in the top 10 on the new Reader’s Digest Trust Poll: The 100 Most Trusted People in America, ranking third and fifth respectively.

RD, with the help of The Wagner Group, polled over 1,000 Americans to see which celebrities and “the ideals they represent have earned our confidence.”

Reader’s Digest editor-in-chief Liz Vaccariello said in a press release: “The poll results were fascinating, fun and shocking.”

Topping the list is actor Tom Hanks.

Good Morning America host Robin Roberts is America’s “Most Trusted” woman in TV, ranking at number 12.

The list also includes: First Lady Michelle Obama, former NFL coach Tony Dungy, Muhammad Ali, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey, President Barack Obama, and Steve Harvey, just to name a few.

After a grueling and bitter two-year divorce, actor Terrence Howard  and his now former wife Michelle Ghent have finally divorced, ending their nearly three-year marriage.  Reportedly, Howard’s divorce attorneys made it possible for him to hold on to most of his assets while Ghent wound up with the short end of the stick.

According to the divorce decree, Howard got to keep both of their homes located in Pennsylvania and every single one of his 25 bank accounts.

The couple owned a pricey 2011 Range Rover…and Ghent also has to hand its keys over to her ex-hubby.

The 35-year-old ex-missus does however get to keep her bicycle.

The couple also agreed to spousal support for Ghent over the next three years to the tune of $5,800 a month, which is mere a drop in the bucket for the A-list actor.

The couple’s divorce war was fodder for news outlets everywhere.  There were such nasty accusations as Ghent allegedly giving Howard pet names like “N-word monkey.”

NEWARK, New Jersey — Grammy-winning singer Lauryn Hill was sentenced Monday to three months in prison and an additional three months in home confinement for failing to pay taxes on about $1 million in earnings.

Hill, 37, pleaded guilty last year in the case. During a forceful statement to the judge Monday, Hill explained she had always meant to eventually pay the taxes, but was unable to during a period of time when she dropped out of the music business, echoing a defense she wrote last year in a long post online.

“I needed to be able to earn so I could pay my taxes, without compromising the health and welfare of my children, and I was being denied that,” Hill said Monday, without explaining what exactly triggered her actions. Before the sentencing, her attorney had said Hill had paid more than $970,000 to satisfy the state and federal tax liabilities. Hill had faced a maximum sentence of one year each on three counts. Her attorney had sought probation. It’s not clear when or where she’d report to prison.

Hill got her start with The Fugees and began her solo career in 1998 with the critically acclaimed album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” She then largely disappeared from public view to raise her six children, five of whom she had with Rohan Marley, the son of reggae singer Bob Marley.

In the exclusive one-on-one interview, the Grammy-winning singer opened up about motherhood, her recent trip to Cuba and her role as the voice of ‘Queen Tara’ in the upcoming animated film Epic. “I was so honored when they asked for me to do this role,” Beyoncé says. “I was actually pregnant at the time and I thought, by the time this comes out my daughter will understand that this is my voice.”

Beyoncé also touched on her controversial trip to Cuba with husband Jay-Z and said she found the reaction from politicians and some in the media to be “quite shocking.” As for future plans on expanding her family, Beyoncé admitted that she welcomes the idea of her 1-year-old daughter Blue Ivy having siblings. “I would like more children. I think my daughter needs company,” she said

Rapper Lil Kim has reportedly been hit with a $15 million lawsuit by her former business manager amid claims that her diva-like behavior cost him a ton of money in lost endorsement deals.

Andrew Ro, who reportedly handled the petite plastic surgery princess’ business deals, allegedly signed a licensing agreement with Kim, whose actual name is Kimberly Jones, in August of last year and planned to roll out a multitude of promotions using Kim’s persona from vodka to perfume to clothing to energy drinks to a honey maker and even a Steve Madden show line.

It seems like 90’s Hip-Hop powerhouse group Naughty By Nature has broken up, sort of, at least according to one member.

Composed of rappers Treach and Vin Rock along with producer/DJ Kay Gee, one of the New Jersey based group’s biggest hits was “O.P.P.” as well as “Uptown Anthem” and “Hip-Hop Hooray.” However, last night Treach took to Twitter to air out some of the group’s internal strife publicly and hand out a pink slip in the process.

“Vinnie from NAUGHTY BY NATURE is Officially FIRED!! Anything he does besides shows til Sept. is Frugazy!! F-ck him & the Ground he Walks!!,” tweeted the reputed rapper. Naughty By Nature’s last proper album was 2011’s Anthem Inc.

Hip-Hop heavy-weight and Hot 97 deejay Mister Cee, 46, was busted trying to solicit a male prostitute in Brooklyn this weekend.

Before midnight on Friday, Cee, real name Calvin LeBrun, allegedly approached the prostitute standing on a corner in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, not realizing that it was an undercover cop. And this is not his first time being caught.

New Orleans based entertainer Lil Wayne has become the latest rapper to grovel at the the feet of his corporate sponsors in hopes of not getting kicked off the plantation, and in the words of the Emmett Till family — he fell “short.”

Mountain Dew, a PepsiCo company, has dropped Lil Wayne as a sponsor because of backlash he received for comparing slain teen, Emmett Till, to a mangled vagina in Future’s “Karate Chop” (Remix).
