Beyoncé gave her fans one more reason to be envious at her “Mrs. Carter Show” last night.

Her husband, rap icon Jay Z, surprised his wife on stage amid wild cheers from the crowd, as Beyoncé wrapped up a set in Philadelphia.

As Beyoncé did her routine introductions of the dancers, band and crew at the end of the show, Jay sneaked up behind her to plant a quick kiss and give her a short hug.

BEVERLY HILLS, California  — Arsenio Hall is eager to get back in the late-night television talk show game, minus the big hair and shoulder pads that marked his initial foray nearly 20 years ago.

Joking to the Television Critics Association on Monday that he’s “been away making turkey bacon,” Hall said the challenges are much bigger now than when he was a pop-culture tastemaker on his old show that ran from 1989-94.

Back then, there were fewer channels and Johnny Carson was the dominant late-night host on “The Tonight Show.”

BALTASAR KORMÁKUR

Last night the cast of 2 Guns hit the red carpet for the New York City premiere of the upcoming buddy cop action film.

“Blurred Lines” singer Robin Thicke, along with 50 Cent and NBA star Caron Butler, showed up to support 2 Guns cast members Mark Wahlberg, Denzel Washington, Paula Patton, James Marsden and Bill Paxton.

A reporter caught up with the film’s director, Baltasar Kormákur, to talk about what it was like directing two of Hollywood’s most-celebrated leading men.

Kormákur worked with Wahlberg in 2012’s Contraband, and said that he developed a friendship with the 42-year-old actor, but confessed that he was intimidated by Washington’s presence on-set.

At around 11 a.m. yesterday, “Keyshia Cole’s husband turned himself into New Orleans police,” according to TMZ, which amusingly only identified the professional NBA player Daniel “Booble” Gibson by his affiliation with his soul-singing wife.

Gibson, who punched “some guy” hard enough to break his jaw during an event at the Essence Music Festival, was booked for second degree battery and released.

Yesterday afternoon, he called into TMZ Live to explain what happened.

HARRY BELAFONTE, JAY Z And BEYONCE

An interesting war of words has been brewing between veteran entertainer Harry Belafonte and Jay Z. Looking to diffuse the situation, Belafonte has asked for a private chat with Jay and his wife, Beyoncé, in order mend the rift.
The feud was sparked after Belafonte said in 2012 that high-profile stars such as Jay Z have “turned their back on social responsibility.” In a recent interview with Elliott Wilson, Jay Z took offense to Belafonte’s words, responding that his “presence is charity.” Hov also took digs at Belafonte in a few lines from the track “Nickels and Dimes” off his latest album, Magna Carta Holy Grail.

JAY Z And MARK ZUCKERBERG

Jay Z has been omnipresent since releasing Magna Carta Holy Grail. Following the announcement of his HBO special on the “Picasso Baby” visual, a photo surfaced capturing the mogul mid conversation with Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg at the social media behemoth’s plush California headquarters.
Hov’s recent business deals infer that fans can always expect the unexpected from the Brooklyn native.

A pair of video vixens are suing Tyga over their appearance in his “Make It Nasty” video for $10 million a piece.
Elizabeth Velasquez and Azia Davies sued Tyga last year, claiming shots of their nipples ended up in his music video … without their permission. They say they were promised NO nudity.

CHAKA KHAN

Soul singer Chaka Khan told HuffPost’s BlackVoices Friday that she is “boycotting” the state of Florida following the outcome of the George Zimmerman trial. The powerhouse vocalist said that she already cancelled a booking in Florida last week.

FRANK OCEAN

After learning he has a tear in one of his vocal cords, Frank Ocean has canceled his sold-out Australian tour right after opening night, according to a statement on promoter LiveNation’s Facebook page.
The singer suffered throat problems on the first night of his inaugural tour Down Under on Thursday, and afterward visited the doctors, who gave him the diagnosis.
