Controversial R&B crooner Raz B was reportedly on death’s door this past weekend after being hit in the face with a bottle while trying to break up a fight. However, it seems that the former B2K singer has come out of a coma and is recuperating in a Chinese hospital.

Sources say the former B2K member came out of his life-threatening coma Sunday at a hospital in China. We’re told he is stable, breathing on his own, smiling and responsive … but has not yet been released from the hospital. He’s staying a few more days to be monitored.

Raz was smashed in the face with a bottle Thursday while performing at a club in China. He was rushed to the hospital where he underwent minor surgery.

But the next day, when Raz didn’t wake up his back-up dancer rushed him to the hospital again. It was determined he was in a coma and placed on life support.

LOS ANGELES  — R&B singer Miguel has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of drunken driving.

A spokeswoman for the California Highway Patrol says the 27-year-old “Adorn” crooner was pulled over in his BMW X6 just after 2 a.m. Thursday for speeding and driving with tinted windows.

She says officers administered field sobriety tests, and a preliminary test measured his blood alcohol level at 0.10 percent. The state’s legal limit is 0.08 percent.

Miguel won the Grammy for best R&B song earlier this year for “Adorn.” He also duets with Mariah Carey on her single “#Beautiful.”

Nas is a legendary rapper, an outspoken lyricist, and a single father — all of which influenced his latest act of kindness.

The musician recently came across the story of Stanley Young, an unemployed single father of eight kids whose home caught on fire last week.

The tragic incident forced him and his family to seek shelter at a local hotel in Washington D.C. as he struggles to find a permanent home large enough for his family.

The mother of all of his children passed away last year.

Nas came across the report and was immediately touched, so used his celebrity and fame to share the story through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in effort to rally donations from fans willing to help the family.

The rapper launched a campaign on the fundraising site Crowdtilt and has already received over 2,100 donations and raised more than $62,000, surpassing his target goal of $50,000.

During its July 30 episode, Tyler Perry’s The Haves and the Have Nots broke the 2 million viewer mark.

The scripted drama is averaging 1.7 million viewers and a 1.5. rating among women 25-54.

Late last month it was reported that with the help of Tyler Perry’s two new shows, OWN has turned a profit four months ahead of the projected timeline.

Perry’s shows, The Haves and the Have Nots and the sitcom Love Thy Neighbor, are the highest-rated programs on the network.

The The Haves and the Have Nots airs on Oprah’s OWN network Tuesday nights at 9 p.m.

Soulja Boy’s plans to fly the friendly skies didn’t go down as planned last weekend. The “Turn My Swag On” rapper got booted from an American Airlines flight when he didn’t cooperate with a flight attendant’s instructions to have a seat.

Soulja Boy has a lot in common with Alec Baldwin — not that he’s as talented, but he’s definitely as disrespectful on American Airlines, because the renegade rapper got booted from an AA plane after causing a pre-flight scene.

A man who claims he was punched and kicked by a member of Chris Brown’s entourage during a fight at a recording studio sued the R&B singer on Tuesday for assault and battery.

Sha’keir Duarte sued Brown for unspecified damages in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming he suffered a concussion as well as humiliation and mental anguish as a result of the attack.

Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos called the case frivolous and said it amounted to an attempted shakedown.

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster has lost her bid for primary custody of their two children after their eldest son almost drowned in the R&B superstar’s swimming pool on  last Monday.

The Yeah! hitmaker faced off with Foster in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday, days after five-year-old Usher Raymond V ended up in a hospital intensive care unit after getting his arm stuck in a pool drain while trying to retrieve a toy.

Foster, who has limited custodial rights, appealed to a judge to review their current custody arrangements amid accusations the singer had abdicated his parental responsibilities by letting his aunt, Rena Oden, and a maid look after their kids at the time of the incident.

During Friday’s emergency hearing, Foster claimed the pool accident was an example of Usher’s inattentiveness as a father and insisted he failed to employ a competent caretaker for their boys in leaving them with Oden.

The singer challenged the allegations when it was his turn to give evidence, revealing he had urged doctors to keep the youngster under observation until they were completely sure he would be OK.

He also claimed the children had been thriving under his care and argued that the accident could have happened to anyone.

Judge Goger agreed with Usher and allowed the musician to maintain primary custody, although he warned the star to “keep your former spouse informed about your whereabouts and who is taking care of the kids”.

After the emotional hearing, Usher attempted to smooth over relations with Foster, aka Tameka Raymond, by giving her a tender hug and repeatedly whispering, “I’m sorry” into her ear.

Because that one will cost too much; you will not be able to afford that,'” Winfrey, appearing on the U.S. television program “Entertainment Tonight,” quoted the clerk as saying. “And I said, `Well, I did really want to see that one.’ And she refused to get it.”

She brought up the incident during an interview about her new movie, “Lee Daniels’ The Butler,” which opens this week and focuses on civil rights and race relations in the U.S. She was asked to open up about her own experiences with discrimination.

Swiss tourism officials and the boutique owner were quick to offer apologies Friday.

Chris Brown was over-tired and suffering from dehydration when he fell sick at a recording studio in the early hours of Friday, according to a U.S. report.

Rumors suggested the singer had suffered a frightening health scare after paramedics were called to Los Angeles’ Record Plant studios, but new details have emerged alleging the star was feeling the strain of a long day at work and staff mistook the symptoms.

A source said,  “It wasn’t a seizure. He just felt light headed and dehydrated and fell on the ground. It scared us, but in seconds he was talking, saying he was all right. When we saw him falling, we didn’t know what was up so we called 911…

He’s cool, but he is stressed and didn’t have a good week. He was in the studio for a lot of hours with like no sleep at all and a lot on his mind and whatnot. He just overdid it but now he’s doing all right and will be out this weekend like always.”

Brown is said to have refused treatment from emergency workers and did not want to be transported to a local hospital for a check-up.
