Sinbad
The comedy world is uniting to honor one of its own — standup comic and actor Sinbad — during this year’s “Netflix Is a Joke Fest.”
The special tribute will recognize Sinbad’s contributions to comedy and raise money for his medical care as he recovers from a stroke, Netflix said in an announcement.
“The Sinbad Tribute Show” hosted by Doug E. Fresh will take place on Monday, May 6 at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California.
The lineup of performers includes Deon Cole, D.L. Hughley, Byron Allen, Mark Curry, DJ Trauma and more.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Sinbad Special Needs Trust, established to provide financial support for his recovery.

Tamar Braxton
Tamar Braxton is like so many other people who are giving Beyoncé her flowers for the impact of her latest album, COWBOY CARTER. The “Braxton Family Values” star was asked her thoughts on the project when she appeared on the 100th episode of the “We Sound Crazy” podcast.
A clip from their conversation began circulating this past weekend. In it, the Love and War vocalist shared, “I think that Black country is so necessary. I’m so happy that people with talent who can actually sing country music, that are Black people, are finally getting the recognition they deserve. That’s what I think.”
Moreover, Braxton added, “I just really appreciate Beyoncé for opening the door for all the other Black artists that has, you know, rode that wave behind the floodgates. I’m just really appreciative of her. These people can really sing. They’re so talented…”r

Tupac’s lawyers are threatening to sue Drake for using an AI-generated Tupac soundalike on his recent ‘Taylor Made’ diss track without permission.
While Drake’s fans have been having a ball with the Canadian rapper’s recently released track dissing fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, the legal team representing Tupac Shakur is threatening to take legal action if the song isn’t pulled off the internet.
Billboard reports that late rapper Tupac’s legal team is ready to take Drake to court over the release of “Taylor Made,” Drake’s recently released song featuring the AI-generated voices of Shakur and Snoop Dogg. In a statement about Drake’s creation of “Taylor Made,” litigator Howard King called the song a “blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time” and said the Shakur estate never cleared the use of Tupac’s voice.
“The Estate would never have given its approval for this use.”

Meg Bennett
Her family confirmed that Bennett succumbed to a battle with cancer on April 11, leaving behind a legacy that shaped the landscape of daytime TV for decades.
Before her career catapulted her into the homes of millions, Bennett shone on the Broadway stage, portraying Marty Maraschino in the original run of “Grease” that debuted in 1972. However, it was her transition to daytime television in 1974 as Liza Walton on “Search for Tomorrow” that marked the beginning of an illustrious career in soap operas.
Notably, her portrayal of Julia Newman on “The Young and the Restless” demonstrated her ability to captivate audiences with her compelling performances. Yet, as her character faced being written off, the show’s creator Bill Bell recognized Bennett’s profuse understanding of the show’s dynamics and invited her to join the writing team, a decision that would mark the start of a prolific writing career.

Blac Chyna And Tyga
The woman formerly known as Blac Chyna seems to be putting all toxicity behind her.
After a long custody battle with the father of her child, rapper Tyga, the pair have finally come to an agreement for their son, King Cairo.
According to Yahoo, Blac Chyna, born Angela White, and Tyga, born Michael Stevenson, have finally reached an amicable decision about visitation, custody and their individual legal fees.
The pair will no longer meet in court to discuss the proceedings.
The bad blood between the coparents began when the 24-year-old rapper began dating 17-year-old Kylie Jenner…while he was engaged to Chyna. At the time, Chyna was also good friends with Jenner’s older sister, Kim Kardashian. The whole mess unfolded as the reality TV culture vultures continued their rise to superstardom. It ended in a nasty split between Chyna, Tyga and the Kardashian klan.
