Jim Jones Avoids Charges For Viral Miami Airport Fight

Jim Jones Avoids Charges For Viral Miami Airport Fight

Jim Jones

Jim Jones was seemingly about to get himself on the no-fly list after fighting at a Miami airport earlier this month, but he got lucky. AllHipHop reported that the Dipset racer will not be facing any charges.

Footage showed the Harlem rapper scuffling with two men on an escalator at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The “We Fly High” rapper claimed that tension began when he attempted to grab his luggage from the overhead compartment in first class before the plane stopped, leading to one of the men confronting and pushing him. The second man got involved as he did not like how Jones spoke to the initial complainer, leading to a tense interaction on the escalator.

50 Cent Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Ex Daphne Joy

50 Cent Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Ex Daphne Joy

50 Cent and Daphne Joy

*50 Cent is taking legal action against his ex, Daphne Joy, after she alleged he raped her.

In March, Joy took to Instagram to publicly allege that the rapper sexually and physically abused her, a claim 50 Cent vehemently denies. As we reported earlier, he asserts that her accusations are a retaliatory strike in response to his pursuit of full custody of their 11-year-old son, Sire.

“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned,” Joy posted. “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.

She added, “You have permanently damaged the last hope I had for you as a father to preserve our family with these last and final false claims made against me. You have broken our hearts for the last and final time.”

50 Cent wants custody of Sire after Joy was named as one of Diddy’s “sex workers” in the lawsuit Rodney Jones filed against the iconic hip-hop music producer.

Beyoncé’s Daughter Blue Ivy, 12, Lands First Hollywood Role In Lion King Sequel

Blue Ivy to star in Disney’s ‘Mufasa”

Beyoncé and her daughter Blue Ivy Carter are teaming up as the 12-year-old has landed her very first role Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King. Both Bey and Blue Ivy will appear in the film that is a prequel to Lion King.

Blue Ivy will play Princess Kiara in the film, while the Cowboy Carter artist will reprise her role as Queen Nala from the 2019 movie.

Critics didn’t love Disney’s remake of the beloved cartoon, however, the film still raked in $1.663B at the box office.

Rotten Tomatoes summed up the reception: “The Lion King is a by-the-numbers retelling that lacks the energy and heart that made the original so beloved-though for some fans that may just be enough.”

The new teaser trailer for Mufasa: The Lion King shows off the movie impressive special effects. It also ends with the words “Introducing Blue Ivy Carter,” flashing on a black screen.

One of Eddie Murphy’s upcoming movies is currently in production but recently faced an on-set issue. The Amazon MGM Studios film, which is titled The Pick Up and also stars Pete Davidson and more, made headlines earlier this week after “several” crew members were apparently injured . The studio confirmed that information via a statement and at the time, said that it was “in the process of gathering facts.” Now, it’s been confirmed that a federal investigation has been launched.

The inquiry into this matter is being handled by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, according to The Hollywood Reporter . It was previously reported that the incident occurred while second-unit production on the film was in progress. At the time, the crew was allegedly filming a “pre-rehearsed” action sequence, which “did not go as planned.” A representative from the U.S. Department of Labor shared new comments with the trade, confirming that the situation is being analyzed.

As the investigation is open, we are unable to provide preliminary or interim information at this time.
