Drake,Kendrick Lamar and Gordo
Drake apparently didn’t break a sweat throughout the entire beef with Kendrick Lamar and was even quite happy during that time – according to his close collaborator, Gordo.
The producer (formerly known as Carnage) is gearing up to drop his new album Diamante on Friday (July 26) – which will feature a new verse from Drizzy. Talking to PEOPLE about their relationship, Gordo said his boy has gotten over the beef and has been “pretty jolly” – despite what the internet may speculate.
“He’s been past it,” Gordo said. “The thing is that he was just on the longest tour ever. He literally did a tour for like a year. I think he’s just chilling.”

Foolio
We still don’t know if someone is hacking Foolio’s account maliciously or if this is a disturbing move from within his circle.
The tale of Foolio’s tragic death becomes a more bizarre one every day, especially thanks to the rapper’s still-active Instagram account. Over the past month or so, the page has sent out a lot of disturbing messages for fans alleging that the Florida native is still alive, and that there’s voodoo and dark magic at play with a “Demi God.” “Just know I’m still here,” the account posted to its Instagram Story on Friday (July 12). “Once the time is allowed I’ll shock the world. U can’t kill a Demi God. I’m still here [purple devil emoji]. Guess I might have to go IG LIVE SOON. STILL HERE STILL STANDING NEW MUSIC ON THE WAY. Whoever said I’m not here stop believing them. Will shock the world soon once I’m allowed too. It will all make sense.”

50 Cent and Trump
50 Cent has weighed in on the alleged assassination attempt on Donald Trump after his single “Many Men” began trending.
Fif took to X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday (July 13) and shared the now-famous photo of former President Trump raising his fist after his ear had been bloodied, soundtracked by 50’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’ anthem.
The G-Unit icon posted the photo and wrote: “I know the vibes [palm on face emoji] we are all in trouble now !”
Many users on X were comparing the assassination attempt to 50’s song, in which he raps: “Many men wish death upon me/ Blood in my eye, dawg, and I can’t see/ I’m tryin’ to be what I’m destined to be/ And n-ggas tryin’ to take my life away/ I put a hole in a n-gga for fuckin’ with me.”

‘Bad Boys
Now having played in theaters worldwide for over a month, Sony’s Bad Boys: Ride or Die is slowing down at the global box office, but only slightly. The movie exceeded expectations in its opening weekend and delivered impressive holds across the subsequent four weeks. But with the majority of movie screens now playing a host of newer releases, the action-comedy saw revenues declining both domestically and internationally in its fifth weekend. Starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as fast-talking Miami detectives, Bad Boys: Ride or Die retained a spot in the top five domestically, while it passed a massive new milestone globally.
The movie has made around $177 million in North America so far, having added over $6 million to its tally this weekend. Internationally, the film grossed over $8 million this weekend, taking its overseas haul to over $180 million. Bad Boys: Ride or Die’s cumulative global haul now stands at $360 million, against a reported budget of $100 million. Despite its stellar performance, however, the benchmark set by its predecessor, Bad Boys for Life, seems a little out of reach at this stage.
Released mere weeks before the pandemic brought the world to a standstill in 2020, Bad Boys for Life concluded its box office run with over $200 million domestically and around $425 million worldwide. It remains the top-grossing installment in the long-running franchise, which began in 1995 with Michael Bay’s smash-hit first film. Also directed by Bay, Bad Boys II followed in 2003 and grossed over $270 million worldwide against a reported budget of $130 million.
