NATIONAL COALITION OF 100 BLACK WOMEN TAMPA CHAPTER WELCOMES NEW OFFICERS, NEW MEMBERS
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Tampa Bay Area Chapter welcomed its 2023 new members and 2023-2025 new officers. The new officers are: Dr. Adrianne Wilson, President; Kelly Jones, Vice President; Faith Burriss, Treasurer; Deborah Thomas, Financial Secretary; Shakita Stewart, Secretary; and Antonia Barber, Nominating Chair. The new members are: Geanita Everett, Kimie Grayes, Nikki Pardo, Sandra Wilkerson, Lillian Phelps, Telesia Chaney, April Sailor, Carmen Harris, Dana Stannard, Nasia Clark Williams, Brandi Boyer and Sunny Royal. MRS. ANGELA FULLWOOD RETIRES AFTER 35 YEARS WITH SCHOOL SYSTEM
Mrs. Angela Fullwood retired from the Hillsborough County Public School System after 35 years. She has taught at various schools and grade levels. A retirement celebration in her honor was held on Friday, September 15th, at Bayanihan Arts and Events Center. LOCAL WOMEN NAMED TO ERNESTINE H. BUCK SPECIAL EVENTS DEPARTMENT HALL OF FAME
Several women in the Tampa Bay community were recognized by the Imperial Court Daughters during the International Convention of Prince Hall Shriners and affiliates. The Ernestine H. Buck Special Events Department Hall of Fame awards were presented to outstanding American Women “for her dedication, work and charitable acts to her church, community, state and country.” Daughter Gloria G. Ellzy (#14) is Imperial Directress and Dt. Paulette Brown (#21), 49th Imperial Commandress.
