U.S. High Court Says Employers Can Say ‘No’ To Hiring A Person With Dreadlocks

  ATLANTA, GA — The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta  in a 3-0 votes has ruled against a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against a company called Catastrophe Management Solutions.
