The presentation was made earlier this month when the Scholarship Gala was held at the DoubleTree Hotel. <\/strong><strong>Tampa Bay Chapter Endowment Scholarship Gala Committee Co-Chairs were Rosalyn McIntosh and Debra Duggins.
