Senter<\/strong> is called the workout kid \u2014 partly because he is very fit for his age, and also, he teaches fitness to older kids \u2014 only at the age of 10.<\/p>\n<p>He is a considered a fitness guru \u2014 who has a fitness DVD. <strong>Senter<\/strong> does his own routine three times a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love working out so much because I get to stay fit and healthy, Senter said. \u201cAnd live a long healthy life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senter<\/strong> said no one really introduced him to fitness. \u201cI just started working out when I was five when I got home from football practice,\u201d he said. \u201cI liked it, I have been doing it ever since.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senter<\/strong> said kids should go outside, stay active for at least one hour and exercise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C.J.
