{"id":8775,"date":"2011-07-25T16:49:34","date_gmt":"2011-07-25T20:49:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=8775"},"modified":"2011-07-25T16:49:34","modified_gmt":"2011-07-25T20:49:34","slug":"fitness-trainer-arrested-after-3-hour-manhunt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=8775","title":{"rendered":"Fitness Trainer Arrested After 3 Hour Manhunt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the third time,<strong> James Williams, III<\/strong> is behind bars. <strong>Williams<\/strong> is a personal trainer accused of sexually battering numerous women at his gym in North Tampa.<\/p>\n<p>After a 3-hour man hunt in Arkansas Friday, <strong>Williams<\/strong> was arrested by U.S. Marshals who had received a tip he was staying at a home with family.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday morning, investigators arrived at the home to arrest <strong>Williams<\/strong>, but he fled out of a rear door, leading authorities on a three and a half hour manhunt.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Williams<\/strong> was arrested about a mile north of the residence without incident. Authorities in Florida are asking <strong>Williams<\/strong> be held on $500,000 bond this time after he\u2019s successfully bonded out twice on lesser amounts. <strong>[private]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hillsborough County Sheriff\u2019s deputies are working to bring <strong>Williams<\/strong> back to Florida as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>So far, four women have come forward claiming they were inappropriately touched or sexually battered by <strong>Williams<\/strong> during personal training sessions at his gym. The women have also alleged that <strong>Williams<\/strong> claimed he was a former University of Florida football player named <strong>Elijah Williams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The real <strong>Elijah Williams<\/strong> said his attorney sent a letter to <strong>James Williams<\/strong> several years ago ordering him to stop using his client\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p>An attorney representing <strong>Williams<\/strong> said he will fight for his client\u2019s release.<strong>[\/private]<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the third time, James Williams, III is behind bars.
