The bill also would impose additional penalties for anyone causing a minor to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vick<\/strong> said he wants to teach kids not to get mixed up in animal fights and to take away profits from sponsors of these events.<\/p>\n<p>The football star appeared with officials of the Humane Society of the United States and two sponsors of the legislation, Virginia Democrat <strong>Jim Moran<\/strong> and Ohio Democrat <strong>Betty Sutton<\/strong>.
