HOLTON<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sentinel City Editor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The East Tampa Business &amp; Civic Association (ETBCA) will host a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, July 21, at 6 p.m. <strong>Mayor Bob Buckhorn<\/strong> and staff members will attend that will take place at Ragan Park Community Center, 1200 E. Lake Avenue.
