Willie Dixon<\/strong> and <strong>Rushing<\/strong>, a well known Bay Area real estate investor.\u00a0 Those men and two dozen other experts gave in-depth tips on the best ways to profit in today\u2019s market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was expecting to go there and try to get information from all these people who managed to succeed when everyone else was failing,\u201d says <strong>Wood.<\/strong> \u201cJust meeting the right person can change your life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wood\u2019s<\/strong> life was indeed changed, in ways he never imagined.<\/p>\n<p>On the final evening of the seminar, <strong>Rushing<\/strong> held a drawing.\u00a0 The person whose number was pulled was guaranteed to win a move-in ready home, free and clear.\u00a0 Wood thought his chances were slim, after all, he says, \u201cI\u2019ve never really won anything.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 There\u2019s always a first time. <strong>Wood\u2019s<\/strong> number was called.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cI was just elated.
