The ceremony was conducted by the Honorable Judge Barbara Twine-Thomas at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 401 N. Jefferson Street, on Friday, November 16, 2018. Senator Arthenia Joyner provided remarks. Among those in attendance at the ceremony from left to right are: Rep.
