The newly installed Chairperson of the board is the first African American to serve in this capacity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mayor Bob Buckhorn<\/strong> installed <strong>Ms. Andrea \u201cMickey\u201d White<\/strong> as the Chairperson during the organization\u2019s Annual Installation Luncheon held at the Columbia Restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>This marks the third time <strong>Ms. White<\/strong> has served on the board. She previously served on the Chamber\u2019s Executive Board as Secretary and on the Board of Directors for two terms.<\/p>\n<p>She will serve for a 1-year term. <strong>Ms. White <\/strong>currently serves as the Senior Manager of Public Affairs at Bright House Networks.<\/p>\n<p>She is replacing <strong>Arturo Fuente, Jr.<\/strong>, as the Chairperson of the 27-member board.
