A police statement claims a \u201cburnt cannabis cigar\u2019\u2019 was found in the car\u2019s center console.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jenkins<\/strong>, an all-SEC performer, was given a notice to appear in court.<\/p>\n<p>In the first incident in January, police allegedly saw <strong>Jenkins <\/strong>in downtown Gainesville with a clear bag of cannabis, trying to roll a cigarette. <strong>Jenkins<\/strong> was also given a citation then to appear in court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Florida cornerback Janoris Jenkins has been cited for alleged marijuana use for the second time in the past three months since deciding to forgo the NFL draft.
