{"id":6042,"date":"2011-04-25T16:04:25","date_gmt":"2011-04-25T20:04:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=6042"},"modified":"2011-04-26T09:02:02","modified_gmt":"2011-04-26T13:02:02","slug":"police-wife-stabbed-brandon-marshall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=6042","title":{"rendered":"Police: Wife Stabbed Brandon Marshall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dolphins Pro Bowl receiver <strong>Brandon Marshall<\/strong> was released from the hospital Saturday after what police said was a domestic-violence incident in which he was stabbed by his wife with a kitchen knife Friday in the Miami area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marshall\u2019s <\/strong>wife, <strong>Michi Nogami-Marshall<\/strong>, 26, was arrested Friday by the Broward County Sheriff\u2019s Office on a domestic-violence charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nogami-Marshall <\/strong>was released from jail on a $7,500 bond Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandon Marshall<\/strong> initially told police he slipped and fell onto a broken glass vase, but according to the report, police found no blood or evidence to substantiate that statement and said both<strong> Marshall<\/strong> and his wife provided little information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marshall,<\/strong> 27, was taken to Broward General Hospital in Fort Lauderdale by car and underwent surgery late Friday night for a stab wound to the stomach.<\/p>\n<p>No vital organs were pierced in the incident, and doctors have told him that<strong> Marshall <\/strong>will be OK in two to three weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dolphins Pro Bowl receiver Brandon Marshall was released from the hospital Saturday after what police said was a domestic-violence incident in which he was stabbed by his wife with a kitchen knife Friday in the Miami area.
